Return Policy

At Borders & Beyond Prints, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel and strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help with our return policy.

Return Eligibility:

  • All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your product. If 3 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the description on our website.
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been customized or show signs of wear and tear after delivery.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bordersandbeyondprints.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting images (if applicable).
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  3. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  4. All items must be returned to us within 7 days of your return approval.
  5. A $10 restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Please note, failure to pay the restocking fee will result in forfeiture of your refund.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund – typically within 48 hours of receiving your return.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product shows signs of use or does not meet our return criteria.

Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift Certificates
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Customized Products

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund after the allotted time, first check with your bank or credit card company as there may be processing delays. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bordersandbeyondprints.com for further assistance.
